Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically. You will be notified before your trial ends and before each renewal. Cancel any time from Settings — access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Payments are processed securely by Dodo Payments, our Merchant of Record, which supports all major cards and PayPal across 200+ countries. Your payment details are never stored by DealSlipPro.
Refunds
DealSlipPro offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first subscription payment — if you are not satisfied for any reason, email support@dealslippro.com within 30 days of your first payment and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked. Renewal payments, and payments older than 30 days, are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time to prevent future charges, and statutory consumer rights are not affected. What is the 14-day trial?
New accounts get 14 days of full access at no cost — unlimited deals, no credit card required to start. At the end of the trial your account converts to a paid subscription unless you cancel first.
Do you have a plan for teams or businesses?
Yes — the Business / Enterprise plan. Choose "Business / team" when you sign up to run multiple traders under one account. It is $29.99/month for 3 members, then $9.99/month per additional member, billed to the business. Members get one of four roles — Owner, Admin, Trader or Viewer — and owners and admins can view, filter and export any individual trader's deals, positions and transaction history.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from Settings → Subscription at any time. Your access continues until the end of the billing period you have paid for and you won't be charged again.
What currency will I be billed in?
All users are billed in USD via Dodo Payments, our Merchant of Record. Dodo Payments automatically displays your local currency equivalent at checkout.
What does the Sole Trader plan cost?
$9.99/month per trader (standard rate $24.99). It applies to every new subscriber, with no time limit or member cap.
What is DealSlipPro?
DealSlipPro is record-keeping and documentation software for OTC digital asset and FX traders. It lets you create structured transaction records, generate branded PDF deal slips, and keep an export-ready history — software only. It does not process payments, custody funds, execute trades, or operate as an exchange or broker.
Is there a referral programme?
Yes. Active subscribers earn 25% commission on the net amount of every subscription payment a referred user makes in their first 12 months, then 10% for the following 24 months — three years per referred user in total. Commission is calculated on what DealSlipPro receives after applicable taxes (which vary by country) and processing fees, accrues only on actual payments, and is subject to a 30-day refund clawback. Payouts are made monthly in USDT or USDC once your balance reaches the $50 minimum.
